Three women have now filed discrimination lawsuits involving Bardstown Bourbon Company. The allegations against Mark Erwin have not been proven in court, but they are serious, detailed and overlapping enough that business as usual is no longer an acceptable response. At what point does “let the courts decide” become an excuse to do nothing?
